Quality Policy UNI EN ISO 9001:2015

InContatto Srl was established with the aim of promoting a culture of training and business consulting within the socio-economic contexts in which it operates.

Quality is understood as a constantly evolving mechanism, essential for achieving corporate objectives. Management, with the contribution of all company functions, is committed to continuously improving its impact both internally and externally, in order to provide a high-quality service capable of satisfying its clients and fostering stable, long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders.

The company has therefore implemented an organizational model in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. This certification represents a key factor in InContatto Srl’s qualification and differentiation, enhancing its competitiveness in the market.

The management of InContatto Srl is committed to:

  • Operating in full compliance with current regulations applicable to its activities, company standards, and potential legislative developments.

    This commitment is carried out through:

  • Setting quality objectives and goals, achieved through specific programs that are periodically reviewed as needed.

    The objectives and commitments undertaken by InContatto Srl are consistently communicated to all personnel by the Quality System Manager through bulletin board postings and periodic meetings.

CERTIFICATIONS

Gender Equality Policy UNI/PdR 125:2022

InContatto S.r.l. recognises, protects and enhances gender differences and equal opportunities in the workplace, from recruitment practices to professional and career development.

The principle underlying this assumption is the need to give women the possibility to make choices, both related to their private and professional life, without them becoming the object of discrimination.

InContatto S.r.l. is committed to:

    The KPIs identified in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022 constitute an important part of the information necessary to determine and explain how Incontatto S.r.l. progresses towards the objectives set.

    The gender equality policy is:

  • defined by the Management, in coordination with the Steering Committee
  • communicated and disseminated within the organisation and to its stakeholders
  • subject to awareness-raising and training of company management
  • reviewed and confirmed periodically (at least once a year) on the basis of events, changes and the results of monitoring and audits
  • coordinated by a responsible figure, designated by the management and in possession of organisational skills

InContatto S.r.l. assigns adequate resources, responsibilities and authority to the pursuit, achievement and maintenance of the established gender equality objectives.

InContatto S.r.l. has established a Steering Committee for the effective adoption and continuous and effective application of the gender equality policy.

This policy is reconfirmed or updated at the time of the periodic review, as part of the verification and improvement of the management system.
